   Everything I learned about taking
care of myself,
I learned from my cat.

  • Stretch when you first wake up (Especially your neck, back, and shoulders).

  • After you have been sitting down for a while, get up and move.  This keeps you more alert.

  • Keep your spine flexible ( It helps you to land on you feet when you are in trouble).

  • Take time to relax a little during the day, especially if you plan on staying up late at night.

  • Eat small meals during the day and drink plenty of water.

  • If people around you are stressed, remain calm.  It's not your problem.

  • If you feel stressed, find someone to give you a great neck and back massage and make sure they don't forget your neck and ears.

  • If you feel the urge to climb the drapes or claw the furniture break the tension by chasing your tail, or going for a walk (exercise makes you feel better).

  • Remain cool and in control, it drives everyone else crazy!
